Actually I prefer it where it is now, I just wanted to know if it was planned to stay there.

I agree that the other location was not so intuitive, and I had more trouble finding it after it moved last time than I did this time. I guess I had just got used to going where I wouldn't expect it to be

Hi Allen,

you've discovered a change we requested - it wasn't an accident, and it should not happen again for a long while.

We had significant feedback indicating the previous placement in the menus (under Request Support) wasn't intuitive, and new users might have missed it. With the new placement, we hope to be a bit more visible.

I'm sorry we didn't let you know about this ahead of time.
