Powerlink Web Support link

What is the issue with Web Support the past month or so regarding updates? It seems that the cases rarely if ever get updated with new information. I post updates to questions etc and update status and request status and the case just sits. One case has been updated and fixed back in November and it still sits there.
Kind of frustrating to see a support person stating he has received no response from customer when there are multiple web updates on the case.....mack
