My co-worker had the same problem...and now it seems to be intermittent, as I was able to add this post, but yesterday and this morning I couldn't type anything in this window unless I was in IE. Nope, it's still broken, I had to paste this from a notepad window as I went to verify that I couldn't enter text in a search box - by opening another tab - and when I came back to this window, I can no longer enter text.
But luckily I can paste it.

Very strange... Both yesterday and today I used FF on PL from company (behind proxy) and from hotel (no proxy) without any issues. I do not believe there are several gateways for forum as for the rest of PL thus I suspect we all share same frontend when it comes to forum, but if not then it might be that you are getting faulty one (if this would be issue on PL side).

Do you get this only at work or from home too (sometimes proxy can get things work crazy and since you mentioned co-worker I assume you both tested this from work behind company proxy).

It seems that this only happens when I go from a Powerlink tab in Firefox to another Powerlink tab and then try and go back again - when I try and enter text in the box it loses focus. As I just did it again and had to close and reopen this window from the thread link in my email to edit this field.

But I will try as you suggested and do it from home.

I just tried that and still seems to work for me (without proxy). What I did was to go to this message, then opened another forum page in another tab, went back to first tab and wrote this message.

Are you using Mac by any chance? I've been just told the same story by another person with problem exactly like yours - the only difference between two of us is that I'm on Windows while he is on MacOS.

That works for me too. But I can no longer write in the window when I open the main Powerlink page by selecting "Support Forum Search" in the other tab, once it loads that in the other window, if I come back and try and add more text to the text box I can't. And then when I go back to the Powerlink tab, I can't enter text in the search box.
Once I close and reopen the entire window I'm able to type again.

Well I tried, but no luck. Colleague of mine I mentioned is in the office tomorrow so I will try to reproduce this by following his steps. I also do not get survey request, but probably because I filled one first time I did get pop up

Well, I've fixed the problem...I've downgraded back to 2.0.

I'm not sure what's going on but it just doesn't work on my PC. Thanks for all your help it was appreciated. I'll just have to wait a month or two and try again.
