Support Forum Search is down when most needed

The Search functionality of the Support Forum is usually down when I need it the most. I can deal with weeding through thousands of hits and false positive results, but for this vital functionality to be down is unacceptable. At least have a failover system, what's a few thousands bucks when you've spent millions on this?
