we've fixed this with a redirect - easier than touching all the content.

it depends on where you get the URL - in this case, it appears to have stored your session information.
You could either edit the URL once you have it to appear like this:
http://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg2428
by removing the
nsepn/webapps/ /
Or you could find it by clicking on the Email icon next to the Search result item - this opens up an email with the URL in the body.
