REcently run out of support but i already had the V9.1 firmware and im currently running 6 but i dont have the upgrade path doc, can i jump straight to 9.1?

Hello,
The latest version is 10.0.3. The upgrade path depends on what firmware version you are currently at.
The firmware update doc has the exact steps.
Is that array sill under contract?

No. You can't jump to 9.1.x. It's 6.0->7.x->8.1.x->9.1.x->10.0.3
How old is that array? If less than 7 years you can get an extension so you can get the firmware.
What version of 6.0.x? Are you running VMware ESXi?
