Introducing the Support Community Ask the Expert Series for 2012
This will be a regular series of events that is part of our growing set of Community Features.
The events will feature subject matter experts and facilitate engagement with customers and partners to discuss issues, questions, and ideas pertinent to the particular subject/topic.
The events themselves will be in different formats including:
- Topic Discussions threads, hosted by a Subject Matter Expert
- Live Group Chat Sessions, featuring one or more experts
- Live Interactive Videos, etc, featuring one or more experts
