Loading icon keeps spinning indefinitely
Hello
After logging into the account, I am unable to load any courses or track my learning progress. Everything hangs, and the loading icon keeps spinning indefinitely.

Some learners reported the same issue to us. This was likely a temporary issue that's been cleared up, could you have him log into https://education.dell.com/ and access "Learning Path Progress" via "My Account". Let us know if the error persists. We are opening a ticket to see if IT is aware of an outage.
