Meet the Instructor – Maria D’Ambrosio

Introducing Maria D'Ambrosio, a dedicated Consultant for Customer/Technical Training at Dell Learning. Maria holds the esteemed position of Global Lead Instructor, where her responsibilities extend beyond delivering exceptional classes to customers, internals, and partners. She actively contributes to course development and offers invaluable technical support across various products such as PowerFlex, PowerMax, Recoverpoint for VMs, MetroNode, Dell Networker, and Dell SRM.

Maria's journey with education and technology traces back to her tenure with EMC Education Services since 2013. Before that, she showcased her prowess as a Solutions Architect and Implementation Delivery Specialist within the Professional Services team.

Based in Western Massachusetts near New York State, Maria enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, particularly fishing and archery, while their two dogs steal the spotlight as their cherished companions.
