i got it dude.. after few days break i came to office yestarday , my coleauges done this map and mask thing when i am not here, they says every execute every step perfect ..even i made a glance at it everything ( map and mask ) is good , but later i realized that they done one simple mistake of masking command , they typed wrong wwn of host in the foll command for device
symmask -sid XX X -wwn XXX add dev XX -dir XXX -p XX
so i corrected that one so its good now ...
thank you so much dynamox , stefano ....u both helped me a lot from my starting point of learning dmx tech ..
one last question here ..say we done map and mask perfect , if device is not shown up by rescan ( in windows ) , is there is a chance it shown up by reboot that box ..
