Bluetooth for desktop

I hope that the inspiron desktop and xps desktop  has the latest bluetooth version. I believe that 5.1 bluetooth version is the latest has of now. The inpsirion desktop has only 4.0 and the xps has 4.2 and that is outdated as of now. Other companies such as HP has 5.1 across all of their desktops. I hope that dell will update thier bluetooth to the latest version. Also that they would have 5.1 on inpsirion desktop and xps desktop and not just the xps. I  love music and listening to them wirelessly and in many ways just having the latest version of bluetooth on my desktop is enjoyable . I hope Dell stays competitive on thier bluetooth  updated version.
