Computer won't turn on

My tower will not turn on.  When I push the power button, the bottom light blinks blue and inside there is an orange light on.  The model says DCSLF.

Thank you

That's not a PC model number. If you don't know the model, go to Dell's Support site and enter the Service Tag for that PC. The site will tell you what PC model you have. Post the model number and your version of Windows here. (Do not post your Service Tag.)

Is the blinking blue light in the power button or separate?

Did you recently install any new software, a BIOS update, or any Windows updates?

Do you see anything on the monitor?

How do I know the service tag?  I looked up how to find it, and all resources say I have to have my computer on?

I believe that may be either an Inspiron 580s or 580sn. With that orange light on I am starting to believe that your power supply is bad or worst case the motherboard. However I did see on another forum post that it ended up being a bad CMOS battery. Hard to believe but with computers anything is a possibility. I am assuming that the flashing LED is your power button?

There should be a sticker on the side or back of the PC with your Service Tag number on it.
