DELL 3847 intermittent slow boot ISSUE
Hi I have a Dell 3847 that has INTERMITTENT SLOW BOOT until the Dell logo appears. It can take up to a minute, and happens about 50% of the time when I turn it on. Otherwise, boots within 10 seconds to the Dell logo, which seems normal. I ran all diagnostics and there is nothing abnormal. Is this a battery issue, what else could it be?

It needs a new CMOs battery to replace the old one. Then try clear CMOs by motherboard jumper.
slow POST (the power on firmware test before Dell logo appears on screen) can be due to corruption of CMOs or a failing hdd firmware. If still slow try remove hdd and check if post speeds up suddenly. If yes replace hdd
