Does Inspiron 5675 support UASP protocol for USB?

I'm looking to by an enclosure for a new SSD I'm adding to my system, and it has UASB support that says if your computer supports it, using usb 3 will run much faster than just plain usb 3. All I can find in the online manual is that it uses 3.1, and one is a power port or something like that.
