Error code, logging on
Inspiring 3000 series, locked up couldn't turn off. Turned power off at surge protector, when turned back on an error box appeared said to send error report, clicked ok, x-d out went to log on, not able error 0x80070032. Tried rebooting, shutting completely down. Nothing. Can't log on!!!???? Help

Start with an extended diagnostic on the hard drive -- it sounds like the drive is faulty.
F12 at powerup to get to the diagnostics - let the tests run (15 min or so) and then boot to the selective diagnostics and run an extended test on the drive (this will take up to several hours to run, depending on the capacity of the drive).

That's a processor error -- which could mean either the CPU or mainboard is bad. I'd bet it's more likely the latter than the former.
