Well, since no one has responded yet, let me try. I haven't done this, since I don't have the right camera, but from what I can see, the Realtek IR camera in the 7700 does support Windows Hello. (If Windows Hello tells you the face recognition option is unavailable, perhaps you don't have the proper driver loaded. You may need to download the driver or have SupportAssist do so.)
However I think your question is: how can I set up Windows Hello to recognize multiple faces? You can, but each face can only be associated with one user account. Fortunately it's not hard to set up additional user accounts; check out this article which lays it out.

To add another Face, the other user must have his own separate Account. Two faces cannot be on the same account.
