G5 5000 Beep Codes
Hey, I’m having trouble with my G5 5000. Its become much slower in only a day, and the power button has been blinking a code. The code is 4 Amber, 2 White. I couldn't find the code anywhere online. Please help me, I haven’t a clue on what to do, nor what caused the issue in the first place. Thanks a ton.

That code is listed here. That light sequence would indicate that the CPU power cable is loose or defective. Did you do any upgrades or maintenance and could have dislodged the cable?

Before this happened, I recently dusted my PC because I thought it would make it a bit better in performance. I ended up doing something to the PC somehow ending up here.

Just replugged all wires to their designated locations. It worked! There wasn’t any beep codes or problems. Boot up was faster, its doing great. Thanks a ton.
