High Memory Usage
I just bought a G5 Series desktop with dell monitor and I have noticed high memory usage. I have done some debugging and it looks like there are lots of programs I didn't even download that are taking up memory. Especially when I am using a video call service on chrome and using Zoom, my memory can max out. I have 6gb of memory

Scanned thoroughly for malware recently? Malwarebytes (free version) is useful for scanning...
Open Task Manager and click Startup tab. See what's loading automatically at every boot and decide which of those are unnecessary. Don't disable things like security apps, video, audio, etc. Things like Adobe Updater etc can be safely disabled. Just because things won't load automatically at boot doesn't mean you can't use them, if you start them when you actually need them...
Chrome and its extensions use lots of RAM, so read this for some recommendations.
