Inspiron 24-5475 AIO, touch/pen function missing
My touch screen function stopped working about a month after buying this desktop. One day it was working fine, and the next it just stopped working. I have spent hours on google trying to find a solution to this issue and nothing seems to be working. In fact, under system information, it says 'No Pen and Touch Input is available for this display.' when I know full well I've been using the touch screen function for over a month just fine. Can someone please help me with this? I paid for the touch screen function and Its driving me nuts to not be able to use it.

Use your Dell warranty.
Also, see this:

MatRainer,
Click the links below for resolving touchscreen issues. Also, run the Dell diags to see if the issue is hardware or software related. To run the diagnostics start the computer and tap the F12 key. Choose the ePSA diagnostics from the list.

Hello. Did you solve the problem? Do you know what the problem is?
My Inspiron 5474 three months after the purchase has exactly the same problem: the touchscreen does not work and the camera does not work.
Do you have any advice or help to give me?
