Inspiron 5477 AIO, white borders

I have a 3 years/136 days old Inspiron 5477 AIO with the same issue. I read where it could occur after an update. Removed update, still there, reinstalled update, still there, updated graphics driver, still there. Is this a software issue, or should I be looking into a new monitor screen/computer?
