Inspiron 620 - Replace RAM??

Question

I just bought a used Inspiron 620 warranty expired on September 2, 2012. It has 2 DIMM slots. Both have 2GB RAM chips for a total of 4 GB of RAM for the machine. I want to know if I can replace these #GB chips for $GB or higher? (Picture of RAM Tag attached)

Dell spec says

Up to 8GB DDR3 (Non-ECC) memory (1333MHz)

but users often find out they can double the Dell validated max.

Of course you can replace the ram. It is your pc!!

try two 4's or two 8's from Dell, Amazon, or Crucial. An SSD will also speed it up.

I already upgraded mine to 16gb, an SSD and looking at a faster cpu like an i5 2400.
