Problem with AMD GPU
I have MSI rx580 Armor 8g OC and Dell U2715H minitor. I plug hdmi and it work with bios menu. But when windows loading success, the monitor black. I already update the lastest Amd drivers

Try booting Windows in safe mode.

Always post exact PC model and version of Windows.
If your PC has both onboard Intel Graphics ports and the add-in AMD video card, make sure you're plugging the monitor into a port on the video card. The onboard Intel Graphics ports may be disabled when an add-in video card is installed.
