Hey, sorry here is what I’ve done, I tried the monitor on another pc and it was fine the card is AMD rtx 580, windows 10 and Inspiron 5675, I just reset the pc from recovery screen, it loaded to installing windows then back to a gray static screen, now it’s not working.

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.

Can you test this monitor on a different PC or a known working monitor on this PC?

EDIT: Does this PC have an add-in video card (AMD or NVidia, and which specific card) or only has  onboard Intel UHD Graphics?

Good, you've ruled out the monitor. Did you use the same video cable from the Inspiron 5675 with the other PC to rule the cable out too?

BTW: Was/is the monitor connected to the AMD video card in the Inspiron 5675, not to the onboard HDMI port? The onboard HDMI port is above the USB ports on back of PC while the add-in video card is below them, in the area marked "6" in the view of the back.

What color is PC''s power button and is it steady or blinking when PC doesn't work? If it's blinking, count the blinks because that's an error code.

If you're comfortable working inside the PC, physically remove the RTX 580 card. You can find instructions in the Service Manual. Read/follow instructions carefully. NOTE: Unless you remove the add-in video card, the onboard HDMI port won't be active so the AMD card has to be removed.

You may also want to replace the motherboard battery (CR2032, ~$2) to rule the battery out. Check Service Manual for instructions.

Once that's all done, close up and connect a monitor that supports HDMI to the onboard HDMI port and see what happens when you try to boot. If it's a video card problem, you should be able to see the Dell logo and read the BIOS F2 and F12 menu screens without all the background "noise", even if the PC still won't boot.

Let us know what happens....
