Stuck on support assist screen

This is a laptop so you may want to re-post this in the Inspiron laptop forum, and mention the version of Windows, if this doesn't help:

1. Power off and unplug adapter from PC
2. Remove laptop battery (see Service Manual for details)
3. Press/hold power button for ~30 sec
4. Reinstall battery
5. Connect adapter to PC and then plug into the wall
6. Power on...

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts. 

Is it stuck on the Dell logo screen? Are there dots moving around in a circle? The more details you provide about your problem, the more likely somebody can help you...
