System Restore issues

Question

I am attempting to perform a System restore to the Factory Settings.  I have created the recovery onto a flash drive and booted from it. Even though I have gone through and chose the options 'not to backup my atThe recovery process requires I backup my data, even though I have chosen not to do so (I have a full recover of all files on an external hard drive?   Is there any way to bypass this?  I I Alwys receive the message 'We are unable to detect any disks that can be utilized for a cloud storage restore'.   Any help will be appriciated   A   I
