Updated to new modem from xFinity/Comcast - Now I have XFSETUP-FCD8
I called Xfinity to set up my new modem, they told me to replace my old one with a new one. Now I have XFSETUP-FCD8. Xfinity's support told me that it was used to set up the new modem and that it would go away. Two days later and many calls, I'm talking with the highest level of support. They are now telling me to contact Dell, it has something to do with my PC. I did not have this XFSETUP-FCD8 before until Xfinity set up the new modem. They were focusing so much on Wi-Fi, I kept telling them this is not Wi-Fi. They didn't even know what it was, now they pass the buck on me to contact Dell to fix it.

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Is this a router+modem in the same case, or are they two separate components?
XFSETUP-FCD8 is probably the default name assigned to the new modem.
Are you using WiFi or a wired Ethernet connection?
Can you connect to the internet?
Have you gone to the Windows Network setup screens and configured everything there?
What are your red arrows supposed to mean?

XFSETUP-FCD8 that is the name of your Wifi.
Chipmunk and Speedy are other routers nearby. I guess some people like to be funny.

It looks like the new device is either a wireless router or a combo cable modem/router, and XFSETUP-FCD8 is the network name (SSID) configured for Comcast at the factory. See this Comcast page/video. Even though it's a Wi-Fi router, it looks like DawgFather's PC is cabled directly into it. (He also has Wi-Fi, but as nyc10036 said, Chipmunk/Speedy etc. are other nearby access points.) Note that in the video they say, "You may be asked to change your Wi-Fi name and password" but of course no password is needed for a direct connection. You can certainly log into the router's admin screen and change the SSID and/or Wi-Fi password if you want, but presuming you've already activated the service (and you have internet service), you don't really need to do anything further if you don't want to. In other words, unless you don't like the look of that name you should be good to go!

Thank you, you have been very helpful. They told me from the start that XFSETUP-FCD8 was only temporary and that it would go away. When I called in about it they kept telling that it's a Wi-Fi. And that they can change the name of it. What they did is they merged my two Wi-Fi's Chipmunk and Speedy into one. The never gave me a password for it, so I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. They told me on the bottom of the modem there will be a password, there was. I entered it twice, with the help of my wife. They told me I was doing it wrong and hung up on me. I was switched to someone else that did not peak English, and I was switched to an automated voice asking me to enter the ticket number. NO one there knew what the XFSETUP-FCD8 or why it was there. At the end, they told me it's a problem with my computer and to contact Dell. So I came here. The red arrows were for Comcast, I had to point out to them what I was talking about. My Wi-Fi was fine, no issues with it, noting to them the Wi-Fi icons they have. I was also pointing out XFSETUP-FCD8, that it's on top, and it does not have a Wi-Fi icon. I was desperately trying to get them off Wi-Fi and deal with XFSETUP-FCD8. I was hung up on many times, along with getting switched to music as I was talking to them. We have Fibber Optics coming in, should be completed in about 6 weeks. We are on the list to have it installed. We are done with Comcast. They just didn't have a clue what it was or why it was there.
One other thing, I told them early on when it started going sideways. That I am disabled with missing limbs, spine injuries and traumatic brain injury.
Thank you all for your time and responses.

I have Comcast for internet, but I don't have their fancy service.
I also don't buy anything from them. I own both the cable modem and the wifi router. To set up a wifi router, I connect using Ethernet cable.
EDIT: @RoHe is right. XFSETUP-FCD8 looks to be your cable modem or router. The symbol next to it that looks like desktop PC isn't one for wifi. It is the one that shows up when you are connected via an Ethernet cable. Since I connect via Ethernet cable with all my PCs that is the symbol that I see for my connection except mine just says Network and does not have a fancy name like XFSETUP-FCD8. Chipmunk and Speedy may be the names for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.
If you would provide the model # of the specific equipment in question, we may be able to help, but as it is now, I have no idea what exactly is your problem.
