White screen in Windows 10

Our Dell all-in-one has started up this morning with a white-ish screen in Windows 10.  It must be something to do with the screen as when I login remotely to the same computer via TeamViewer, the screen appears fine.  Please help.

There are no soft fixes for LCD backlight failures. Its not white its reddish orange with other colors.

Replacing an LCD on an All in one is too expensive and not for the average user.

This is not something that is worth fixing if your model is out of warranty.

Which is why its better to buy a micro model that mounts to the back of a monitor so that when the monitor dies you can simply replace it.  Replacing an LCD on an All in one is too expensive and not for the average user.

Please provide a model number.

Reboot to BIOS (F2) can you see the issue in there too. Yes replace LCD .

Or use an external monitor. (much cheaper)

Thanks.  Tried that as well as running Windows update, firmware update and all drivers.  Nothing seemed to fix it but over recent days, it has improved to a point that we can use it.  I must say though, we purchased 5 of these only a few years ago and two screens have now had issues with one needing to be replaced altogether.  Simply saying a solution is 'replace the LCD' which costs $1000 is unacceptable.  $2000 machines should last longer and I won't be buying Dell again.
