I am so frustrated I bought a new 15 3000 3511 at the end of November 2021 & within 3 weeks the right side hinge broke resulting in bezel & screen damage.
Went through the support option which took 2+ weeks to find out I was going to get a replacement laptop.
New laptop arrived middle of January & now after using for about three weeks I have a solid horizontal green line about 2/3rds up the screen with the lower 2/3rds filled with numerous green horizontal lines.
At this point I would send this junk model laptop back & get a refund if it was possible!
Looks like the support option again which is painful to say the least.
On the bright side a horizontal green line is easier to "prove" when dealing with tech support.

I have the same issue and I called Dell and they said it is not a known issue. That is ridiculous. And they want you to pay for repairs
