2WSX Keys Not Always Working

The keys that aren't working are all in a line, so I'm thinking that it's something internal. I've reset the keyboard driver and am up to date for Windows 10, so I don't know what else to do besides go in to get it looked at. Any help highly appreciated! This is my work laptop and I have a semester left.

The key that is causing the most trouble has been the s key, if that helps?

Will the system work with a USB (external) keyboard?  If so, the internal keyboard (or keyboard-palmrest assembly on most newer system) will need to be replaced.  If under warranty, call Dell for repair;  if out of warranty, post the system model number -- i.e., Inspiron 3593, 7510, etc. and someone can point you toward the replacement part you'll need.
