about dell apps
hey, I own a dell g15 5515, had to reinstall the windows due to some unknown reason. I just even lost that g wallpaper which we get as default, dell support apps are missing, i reinstalled many of them but my dell application is not available for download in the Microsoft store.I also updated my bios I don't know the reason for this trouble. please help....

My dell is not an essential app for this computer.
Two main applications which you need are SupportAssist and Alienware Command Center.
You may have used a non Dell image to reinstall the OS thus windows is failing it to detect as Dell Computer. For windows store to identify it as Dell PC
Please open REGEDIT and Navigate to this key
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Store"
Double Click on StoreContentModifier and change value to Dell_Inspiron
Reboot and try to install MyDell
