additional graphic card?

I have a Dell Inspiron 5559. 

processor : intel core i7-6500, CPU @ 2.0GHz 2.60GHz

RAM: 16GB

this is a good laptop for gaming.

But I could not use this laptop for running architectural software like lumion, unreal engine,etc.,

what should I do to run this software? should I get an additional graphic card?
