Advanced Optimus Issues!!!

Hello everyone, I own a Dell G15 5515 ryzen edition 3060 with advanced optimus. I currently have BIOS 1.9.0 and advanced optimus enabled. I tested the fps and the overall performance and it is the same when it is enabled and disabled in a game (Just 1-2C Higher) !!! That is actually great. I'm just experiencing two major issues.

1)Firstly when it is enabled (Adv.Optimus) I can't seem to control the brightness of the screen. I read in the forum that something is bugging. If you know any solutions it would be greatly appreciated.

2)Secondly I get in the system information of Invidia control panel in the Advanced optimus a ''NO'' as an answer as if it wasn't enabled or my system didn't have the capacity to enable it! In the same section I don't get the ''Manage Display Mode'' I should be getting which gives the option to enable it or disable it or set it on auto! Lastly I don't get a second display showing (virtual display which shows when it is actually enabled!) so I don't know if it is a dell thing where they patched it with windows or I've done something wrong and ADV.Optimus doesn't work for me!
