After Dell Support Assistant update today problems

I ran the support assistant last week.  I ran it again today and there was firmware’ or some other update, which I ran.  I then restarted my laptop which I bought new last June and it’s stuck in a restart loop and the auto repair can’t fix it.  I tried safe mode and it worked once but can’t get it to run again.

I’ve been trying for about 45 minutes with no success.  I can’t restore since I haven’t backed up in a month or so.

thoughts on how to proceed?
