Finally I found somewhere the solution which worked for me.

I removed power cable and battery, pushed for 15 seconds the power button, then I put again battery and cable. I successfully passed the diagnostics test with these actions

Press F12 at powerup a few times and boot into the Dell diagnostics.  Run a full system test from there.

After preboot diagnostics, an error appeared called EPSA 4304.14.

Does anyone know what does this message mean?

That is the EPSA Build number. [ 4304.14 ]

There should be some other message or error number???

Best regards,

No it just says

Build 4304.14 UEFI ROM.

I made diagnostics again and during this process it seems that battery can't be regognised. I'm not sure if this error is related
