Alienware 310M Mouse firmware will not update

Unless you're having issues with the device, leave it as is.  There is no such firmware listed for the mouse.

I am having other problems since upgrading to W11

I was going to make another post about that. As below

If I leave the computer in sleep mode.

It crashes. A very loud high pitch then low pitch sound emits from the laptop many hours later.

The screen is very bright white.

Support Assist app window says

Successfully updated

Then i restart it seams fine

But It has done this 3 times.

After each time I run Support Assist ( says all up to date no problems)

After the 2 second time I also ran in administrator the repair tool as below.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

But did it again last night

Should I make a new Post? 

There are two roads you can take -- remove Windows 11 and revert to Windows 10.  Does that solve the problem?  If it does and you want windows 11, do a clean install of it.  The upgrade from 10 to 11 does not always go according to plan.

I think it could be a problem with Support Assist.
