Alienware command center oc controls frozen on G3 3590 laptop

hello everyone,

AWCC was working fine up until two months ego shortly after updating the bios to version 1.10 and then oc control just froze 

i tried reverting back to 1.8, tried to uninstall awcc and install it again (many times) using the guide to properly remove awcc from the system but nothing worked so i just gave up on it, but i really start to wonder what is the cause for this issue 

the laptop seems to work fine gaming,music production all works great so i doubt having cpu issues or something of the sort 

the included photo shows exactly how the oc control is frozen,

any help would be appreciated.
