Alienware Command Center - Suddenly only balanced available, Performance is gone.

I'm having this problem recently, I don't have the performance option available to me in AWCC anymore, just balanced, and it happened suddenly, I haven't upgraded to Windows 11, does anyone know any fixes for this? Thank you very much.
