Alienware Command Center without audio mangement tab

Hello!

Recently I bought a G15 5520, and I'm facing a lot of issues with the audio quality. By searching for solutions, I saw a lot of people using the Alienware Sound Management at the Fusion tab, in the Alienware Command Center, to config the audio settings and stuff, but this options simply don't exist in my computer. It just shows me the options below:

The audio icon supposed to be right after the temperature one. With that, I'm not able to create any audio profile or manage audio settings (such as equalizer, bass, headphones, etc.), and the pure sound is terrible. I have tried everything from reinstalling the software, updates, downgrades, and even restoring the system to the manufacturer settings, and nothing work out.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I found similar cases here in the community, but they seem to be connected with Nahimic, which it is not part of the system that I have by default; I have Realtek audio drivers.

Thanks in advance! (:
