Alienware Command Center

Alienware M15 laptop.

When I open Alienware Command Center, the app opens but nothing appears (see image below) and then after about a minute it closes.  Have done the following already

1) uninstalled and reinstalled Command Center and Alienware OC Controls

2) Repaired the app via settings

3) Reset the app via settings

4) Checked that the Alienware Client Management Service is running.

Any suggestions on what to try next ?
