Audio Issues

Question

I have a Dell Inspiron 1545.  This is an older laptop, but apparently during zoom meetings, my voice will be transferred to a man's voice.  I am woman and because I am not on the other end, do not realize that my voice is being portrayed in this manner.  How do I get the audio to relay my own voice?

does your voice sound normal on any other app i.e. skype? also what version of windows are you using?
