Hello dell.

I am faisal.

I have a dell laptop E7240 .

I turn on my laptop and see an error of automatic repair and blue screen and black secreen i used to solve many times by reset my pc but i won't be disappeared . i am really in difficulty pleased solve my problem as soon as possible.

Run an extended diagnostic on your hard drive - F12 at powerup. Chances are those resets had a cause all along -- that the drive was failing.

If you see an error such as 2000-0142, -0151, etc. -- the drive needs to be replaced.
