Battery Decrease to 7% automatically

Question

I am facing two issues about battery in my laptop (Inspiron 5570) Sometimes my laptop battery suddenly reduces to 7% and even after 0% the laptop is turned on almost one hour? Either this will problem or not? if not then why this happens to me?
