Battery issue

Hi Team,

Recently I have purchased laptop battery dell orginal battery M5Y1K  Inspiron in Amazon it works 2 days after i tried login to laptop didn't work when I was connected charging to laptop it will open battery didn't work warranty Will there for one year.
