Hi Dell Support Team
I have purchased new inspiron battery PPID CN081PF3LGN0069N101RA00
can you please check if it is original? Is there any application where i can do this check myself?

If it was sold to you as new, and it's OEM (only the seller can attest), it's not new -- it was made in 2014.

Hi Bought New Dell Battery from Store for my laptop "inspiron 5547" . Please help me identify if the battery is original or counterfeit.
is there way we can tell based on the PPID for the battery.
