BIOS Update heating problem

I bought DELL Inspiron 15, Model 3567  Special edition a year ago and I was extremely happy with my buy. A few days ago I downloaded new BIOS version from DELL website for my laptop  and installed it, upgraded to latest version . Now I have a serious problem. My laptop is extremely hot. Keyboard is almost red from the heat and the bottom of the laptop is also that hot. Temperature is always above 47°C and  . I'm using Win10 Pro Ver 1803  x64. What should I do, please help? Is there any tool for setting fan rotations manually?  i just dont want my laptop to be burned...bios Version: 2.6.0 ,2.6.0

Thank you for your message. I will be glad to assist you on this.

Please make sure that the air vents are free of any dust. The temperature reached is within in limits & nothing to worry about. However, the system should not be too hot to touch.

Run a hardware diagnostic by following the video on this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB & check if there is an error.

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?

Those temperatures look fine, certainly not close to being critical in temperature. Is the fan running at higher speeds or not at all?
