Bitlocker missing

I have an Inspiron I3-5378 which developed a fault, and after a lot of going back and forth with technical support, Dell decided there was a fault with the laptop, and the HDD was replaced, which has solved the problem but the version of W10 that was installed is a different version and Bitlocker, that was working, is missing. Any suggestions?

@Doctor_Keo  BitLocker is only "fully" available in Pro or better versions of Windows 10.  On some Windows 10 Home systems that meet certain hardware requirements, it's available only for encrypting the OS drive (i.e. no ability to encrypt other data drives).  If Dell walked you through reinstalling Windows, you should have ended up with whatever version the system was originally licensed with.  You can check that by going to support.dell.com, entering your Service Tag, and clicking "View original configuration".  If the system was licensed with Pro and Dell reinstalled Home, then you'll want to either fix that yourself if you know how or work with Dell.  If you now have the version that the system came with but you PREVIOUSLY were running something else due to having purchased an upgraded license separately or from running a system image that was licensed in some other way, such as through a business, then you'd have to perform that in-place upgrade again or get the system reimaged in that other way.
