Blacklight bleeding 7610
Is this blacklight bleeding acceptable? Refurbished 7610, can be seen when booting the laptop with dell logo screen

Only you can determine that. Dell will likely deem it within specification.
If you're within 30 days of shipment, you have the right to return the system for a refund. While you can also accept a system replacement, if you don't find the display acceptable, you would be better off purchasing a different model, as it is likely if not probable, another of the same system will show the same screen behavior.

Under normal lighting conditions, that's ~30-50% depending on your display's maximum luminance. Just don't leave it at 100%! So, if you see too much light bleed, your display may qualify as defective, allowing you to return it
