Blinking lights, no power.
Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1. I can't get it to power on. Instead, all I am getting is 2 blinking orange lights followed by 6 blinking white lights....this isn't good. I've had it plugged in overnight to charge.... nothing when I press the power on button.

Unplug the system, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Reconnect the battery, replace the base cover and try powering up.
If the system shows the same 2,6 error, the system board is bad and will need to be replaced.
