Bluetooth device
I cannot connect my Bluetooth headset with my laptop
It worked till yesterday but some errors occurred and i removed the device but i cannot add it again
When selected "Add a device", it fails to find it.
Other than this i can add a mobile device through Bluetooth, but cannot connect Bluetooth headset
Kindly help

Update drivers from manufacture's site
It will definitely get solved

Thank you for your message. Were there any updates or changes made to the system before Bluetooth stopped working?
Do you see any option that says unknown device in device manager?
Please complete all Windows update & update the driver from support site & check if there is an error that says device not found when installing the driver.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?
