Bluetooth not working and its on-off setting is missing
Inspiron 13 5379 2-in-1
I noticed today in the morning that the Bluetooth is not working on a laptop of Inspiron 13 5379 2-in-1 running Windows 10. Meanwhile, I noticed the following symptoms:
1) In the notification area on the task bar, the Bluetooth icon is missing.
2) In the context of "Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices", the on-off switch button is missing. And, if try to add Bluetooth devices, it got an error saying
"Couldn't connect
Here are some things to try
- On this Windows device, turn on Bluetooth.
- If this device supports Bluetooth, but you can't turn it on, try to update your driver through Windows Update in Settings." ...
3) In the "Device Manager", Bluetooth is also missing.
I wonder where I can find the DELL drivers for Bluetooth for my computer? Or, if there are additional steps to troubleshoot on the Windows side?
I highly appreciate any hints or suggestions.

I reinstalled the driver from the "driver & downloads" at the dell support website, and the issue recovers.
The searching for "Bluetooth" returned three files, and I tried the file "Qualcomm-QCA61x4A-QCA9377-Wi-Fi-and-Bluetooth-Driver_YX23Y_WIN_12.0.0.1118_A47_03.EXE" first and it worked. Not sure whether the rest two would work as well, though.
The issue has been resolved for me, so thank you for being so helpful.
